How to improve your assistant's answers

To improve an answer, open your dashboard and either (1) tell it the correction in plain English under Training, or (2) check the 'Unanswered questions' tab, where every question it missed comes with a one-line fix you can apply in a click. You can also adjust its tone and answer length under AI & Automation. Changes go live in about a minute.
