How your assistant is trained — and how it stays current

Your Ask Church assistant is trained on your church's own website and content, and it answers only from that — never the open internet. When your official website changes, it notices and updates itself automatically, so it stays accurate without any work from you. You can also fix or add anything in plain English from your dashboard, and it goes live in about a minute.

Every answer is grounded in your real content and checked against it before it's shown, so the assistant doesn't make things up about your church.

Where your sermons are available, the teaching layer lets it answer from what your pastor has actually preached — cited to the sermon.

Frequently asked

Does the assistant make things up?
No. It answers only from your church's own content, and every answer is verified against that content before it's shown. If it doesn't know something, it says so and points the person to your office.
What happens when our website changes?
The assistant checks your official website and folds in changes automatically — a new service time or an updated page updates the assistant without you doing anything.
Can I correct it myself?
Yes. From your dashboard you can tell it what to fix in plain English ('Our Sunday service is 9 & 11am'), and the correction is live in about a minute — no tickets, no waiting.
